Why the Catholic Mary Cannot be the Queen of Heaven
The Roman Catholic Church seems to have a different gospel, a different Jesus and a different Mary than that which is in the Bible. In the Bible, Mary is the handmaid of the Lord (Luke 1:38). But the Roman Catholic Mary is an imperious queen of heaven, more like a heathen goddess, who was said to be the Immaculate Virgin, and been assumed body and soul into heaven and crowned as Queen over all things. But Biblically it is impossible for Mary to be queen over all things. Because the Bible states unequivocally that Jesus Christ is the blessed and only Potentate, the Lord of lords and King of kings (1 Tim 6:15). Jesus Christ is the only Potentate and there is no other Potentate I heaven. Hence Mary cannot be queen over all things. It is only Catholic myth imposed upon the believers.
