LIBERAL THEOLOGY IS NOT MANIFESTATION OF GENIUS BUT DEMONIC REVIVAL. THERE WERE REALLY BRILLIANT MEN IN THE CHURCH HISTORY WHO BELIEVED IN THE BIBLE AND JESUS CHRIST. Men like Origen, Jerome, Augustine, Thomas Aquinas, Erasmus, Calvin, Luther, etc were not intellectually weak nor were they void of critical acumen with reference to the Holy Scripture. Yet they, and the whole Church with them, never hesitated to accept the view of the Old Testament which had come down to them, not only as a heritage from Judaism, but as endorsed by the apostles. But with the rise of modern liberal theology in the 19th century, the liberal scholars no longer believed that Jesus was really central to the Christian faith.

SATANIC LIE IS THE ROOT OF MODERN LIBERAL THEOLOGY. LIBERAL THEOLOGY IS THE CHILD. SECULAR PHILOSOPHY IS THE MOTHER. AND DEVIL IS THE FATHER. About the events related to the origin of liberal theology, we find the details in Genesis chapter 3. The events took place in the Garden of Eden. Devil instigated doubt about God and His word in the minds of mankind. PRIDE WAS ROOT CAUSE OF THIS REBELLION. “Your HEART WAS PROUD because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor” (Eze 28:17).

HIGHER CRITICS AND LIBERALS DECEIVE THE CHURCH. There is a largely UNIDENTIFIED AND UNCHECKED CONSPIRACY OF SATAN GOING ON TO DESTROY THE CHURCH from within. This is presently being accomplished through false teachings in the Church. The greatest tragedy is that such FALSE TEACHINGS HAVE BEEN INSTITUTIONALIZED and legitimized. This was made possible by capturing and subverting the mainstream of theological education set up. The modern theological education framework is identified as more satanic than Christian. Many victims of modern theological education become blind to the Biblical truth and end up in spiritual retardation and death.

Nowadays probably many ATHEISTS can be found in some liberal theological colleges. But in the departments of physics, you may not find atheists, because the scientists are already convinced about the existence of God. The PETTY LIBERALS must understand that one cannot know the depth of the ocean by throwing stones. The Liberals are in the Visible Church LIKE STONES IN WATER. But just as there is no water in the stone, there is no presence of God in those apostates. They subject the people to a SLOW POISONING AND GRADUAL DEATH. The people don’t feel discomfort but slowly die. It is like the frog in the water which is very slowly heated. It will not jump out. It will just die sitting in the water. Those who are able to feel the heat of the liberal non-sense run away from such churches and escape into some Pentecostal churches.

LIBERAL WOLVES ARE MASQUERADING IN THE CHURCH IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING. This is a time when even the believers in the churches have to be aware of the eternal dangers, which could be caused to them by the WOLVES MASQUERADING IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING, WITHIN THE “CHURCH”. Some IDEOLOGICAL BEASTS (false teachers and false prophets) have entered the Church and tried to flush out Jesus Christ not only from the Bible but also from the Church through various types of devious interpretations and theological subversions. This book is a unique attempt to expose the falsity of their teachings.

FALSE CHURCH FLOURISHES UNDER THE SHELTER OF LIBERAL THEOLOGY. The false church will only have an appearance or form of godliness (2Tim 3:5). It departs from the true faith and consequently will OFFER SOCIAL, POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC ANSWERS FOR SPIRITUAL PROBLEMS. Thus the false church will become preoccupied with buildings and programs to the extent that most of its RESOURCES WILL BE MISUSED FOR WORLDLY PURPOSES. The leaders of the false church will falsely depend on manpower for bringing about a Kingdom of God on earth. The leaders of the false church will go after the STANDARDS AND VALUES OF THE WORLD AND WILL SEEK RECOGNITION AND HONOUR FROM THE WORLD. They will desire to be honored in public places. They are the white-washed sepulchers spoken of by Jesus Christ. They will do all things for their self-glory. They will look for worldly pleasures and luxuries. They are FALSE SHEPHERDS AND HIRE-LINGS. Their flock will imitate them. They will waste their time, power, authority and also the resources of the church for conducting seminars, workshops, discussions, processions, protests, and issuing various kinds of declarations, manifestos and memorandums. They will WASTE THE RESOURCES OF THE CHURCH FOR SOCIAL AND POLITICAL PURPOSES and drain the church both financially and spiritually. They will find pleasure in celebrations, especially the material aspects of life.

They will DECEIVE THE PEOPLE by saying that the WORLD IS GETTING BETTER and better and that they are progressing while they are on an irreversible PATH OF SELF-DESTRUCTION. Those who deny their claim and declare the fact that the world is not getting better and better will be rejected by the people and will be considered as pre-modern, outdated and useless.  Theological Liberals are Positive about everything except the True Christian Faith – They are the Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing. The theological liberals and ecumenicals also follow the ideology of positive thinking, according to which one should NEVER BE NEGATIVE ABOUT THE RELIGIOUS BELIEFS OF OTHERS and thus be tolerant. Those who talk about the wrath and judgment of God are labeled as fundamentalistic, intolerant, 'negative' and gloom doomers. The theological liberals falsely consider the Book of Revelation only as symbolical, mythical and allegorical. They deceive themselves without realizing what is really happening to them. They are the victims of the fallacy of willful ignorance. By 1900, liberalism was well entrenched in the major Protestant denominations around the world. The leaders of the movement had already defined their theological position and organized their movement.

LIBERALS ARE ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST. A GREAT DELUSION is overtaking not only Christendom but also the secular world (1Tim 4:1; 2Thes 2: 1, 3). Unfortunately the church is becoming ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Hence the Church is REPLACING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST WITH MANY OTHER FALSE GOSPELS. There is a growing intolerance to the real Christian message even within the church circles. Hence the true preaching of the gospel is becoming difficult.

THERE IS CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE TRUTH. There is a SUBTLE CONSPIRACY against Jesus Christ, His gospel, and His values. Many have begun to falsely think that we should not expect absolute truth from the Bible. The contemporary visible church is willing to get rid of those ‘uncomfortable’ Biblical aspects which conflict with the values of the world. Thus there is a widespread tendency within the “church” to COMPROMISE WITH THE STANDARDS OF THE WORLD.

THEY SPEAK ALL NON-SENSE BUT PRETEND TO BE SCHOLARS. They learn the wrong things and teach the students wrong things. But they maintain an aura of PSEUDO-ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP. Christ-less secular humanization efforts and social action will culminate in the near-paradise HUMANISATION PROGRAM HEADED BY ANTICHRIST, which would eventually lead to DEHUMANISATION AND BLOODSHED at the end of history. DECEPTIVE THEOLOGIANS AND THEIR THEOLOGIES SPREAD IN THE CHURCHES AS DOCTRINES. The deviated theologies are engineered by people like Bultmann, Tillich, etc. They ELIMINATE ALL METAPHYSICAL ELEMENTS OF BIBLE AND THEOLOGY. Thus, their theology is nothing but existential humanism within the framework of a revolutionary philosophy of history. THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT CHRIST, DIFFERENT GOSPEL AND DIFFERENT ESCHATOLOGY. They do not recognize the authority of the scripture. The liberals do not consider Bible as the basis of their theology. They have a set of their own preconceived ideas, presuppositions and interpretative framework on the basis of which they interpret the Bible.

DESTRUCTIVE FRUITS OF THIS HIGHER CRITICISM. Robbed thousands of people of their faith and hope, and sowed dissension, fostered pride and self-conceit, and injured before all the world the authority of the Bible. Every day it gives the enemies of God with opportunities for refuting the truth the Bible. Have they led anyone to God, have they consoled any afflicting soul? When one is on verge of death and brink of eternity this modern religion utterly fails. They cannot pray for the sick, they cannot console the dying. This incompetent criticism cannot console the sin-burdened soul. This criticism gives us no hope of everlasting life, no God to help us, no forgiveness of sins, feeling miserable, desolate in hearts and chaotic in  minds, utterly unable to believe anything more. This false religion of higher criticism and liberal theology only destroys, removes and tears down the truth, morality, faith and hope.

2 Peter 1:21- "For no prophecy ever came by the will of man; but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." 2 Timothy 3:16-17- "All Scripture given by inspiration of God is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness; that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works." Acts 20:30- "But of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them." 2 Peter 2:1- "There were false prophets also among the people, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them." 1 Corinthians 1:20-21- "Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe." Colossians 2:4-8- "This I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words," or "spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ." Galatians 1:9- "As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." 1 Corinthians 15:17- "Whosoever says that Christ is not risen, his faith is vain, he is yet in his sins." 2 John, vs. 7, 9, 10, 11- "For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. Whosoever transgresseth and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed; for he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds." Luke 11:52- "Woe unto you lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge; ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered."

HIGHER CRITICISM AND LIBERAL THEOLOGY ARE THE MOST USELESS AND DANGEROUS ENTERPRISE IN THE CHURCH. It offers us nothing. It takes away everything. We have no use of it. It does not help us in life. It will not comfort us in death. It will not judge us in the world to come. This criticism offers us no consolation, no forgiveness of sins, no deliverance from "the fear of death, through which we are all our lifetime subject to bondage,". It knows nothing about that new heaven and new earth wherein righteousness shall dwell, nothing with regard to that golden city which shines with eternal light, nothing with regard to a God who wipes away all tears from our eyes. It is utterly ignorant of the glory of God, and on that account it stands condemned. "Lord, to whom shall we go? Thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that Thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God" (John 6:68-69). And He answered, "Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast ; that no man take thy crown" (Revelation 3:11)

METHODOLOGICAL INFERIORITY AND FALLACIES OF MODERN LIBERAL THEOLOGY. The CRITICAL METHODS of interpreting the Bible have served only the purpose of UNDERMINING THE AUTHORITY OF THE SCRIPTURE. “Demythologization” (a liberal term for REPLACING THE MIRACULOUS WITH NATURALISTIC explanations) and the existential interpretation of the Bible have undermined the realities of Jesus Christ’s expiatory sacrifice and the reality of His future Kingdom which is yet to be established in power by His second coming.

THE SITUATIONALIST VIEWS OF BIBLICAL ETHICS reduce the Bible to the level of answers to the antiquated and pre-modern socio-political problems. What remain for them in the Bible are some vague principles like responsibility, solidarity and openness for the future. The person of JESUS CHRIST IS REDUCED TO MERE ABSTRACT PRINCIPLES - a prototype of an ideal social attitude, a good man who lived for others. Biblical prophesies are deprived of their realistic content. Even though their form and their original content cannot be directly negated, a process of philosophical or theological abstraction transforms them into HOLLOW HUMANISTIC STATEMENTS which in spirit and wording appear merely to be reflections of an ANTI-GOD IDEOLOGY.

ESCAPISM OR SUBVERSION: They try to either pervert or ignore the major theological issues such as: sin, the fall of devil and man, the solution to the basic problem of man’s sin is provided by God in Jesus Christ, the need of new birth for the salvation of man; the purpose of the continuing rebellion of devil and man against God and how God will deal with the rebels including Satan and man at the end of history.

THEY ARE DECEIVED BY THE DEVIL who is the ruler of the world. They are sunk deep into the HUMANIST DILEMMA. In their theology SECULAR VALUES MILITATE AGAINST CHRISTIAN VALUES. Their “revolutionary theology” (rather ideology) is engineered by some European theologians who wanted to eliminate all the supernatural aspects of the Bible. THEIR “THEOLOGY” IS NOTHING BUT EXISTENTIAL HUMANISM (A KIND OF MAN-CENTRIC PHILOSOPHY) WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF A REVOLUTIONARY PHILOSOPHY AND MATERIALISTIC INTERPRETATION OF HISTORY. Their ideological and academic agenda is focused on the areas such as ecological predicament, plurality of religions, globalization, humanism, humanization and anthropology. These have conquered theology. Thus the secularization of theology was successfully accomplished for perversion.
